I've made an entire working language (more of a code, really, but language sounds cool) based on circular Gallifreyan in Doctor Who. It has a real structure, but I'm not going to give that away. 
This isn't just my language, it's also a pretty picture of an extra-terrestrial sunset! It says, "I will see a different sun set from another planet's sky." in Gallifreyan too.

I love it! I found you through shermansplanet and find both versions of this text.. is that the right word for it? It doesn't seem to fit, but you get it right? Anyway, I love both! lol Though I do find yours a tad bit more difficult to understand... though I think 5 + 5 would be difficult to understand for my sleep deprived brain at 12:30 in the morning lol. I also haven't looked to see if the rest of the tutorial is up. I've only skimmed the first 5 pages. If there is more.. YAY! I need to go look through that right now... and by right now, I mean after I sleep. If not, I hope that you plan to post the rest eventually. I admire your ability to think this up. It's amazing!
